POWERBANKS

List of safety warnings for POWER BANKS based on the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (GPSR):

• Use the power bank exclusively in accordance with its intended purpose – for charging electronic devices compatible with the manufacturer's specification.
• Charge the power bank using only original or certified cables and power adapters with appropriate parameters.
• Do not expose the power bank to high temperatures, fire, or direct sunlight – this risks overheating or explosion.
• Do not leave the power bank in an enclosed car, especially on hot days.
• Avoid contact of the power bank with water, moisture, and other liquids – this may cause a short circuit and damage to the battery.
• Do not attempt to open, puncture, or crush the power bank housing – this may lead to ignition or electrolyte leakage.
• If you notice swelling, overheating, or an unpleasant odor – discontinue use of the device immediately and disconnect it from the power supply.
• Do not use the power bank while it is charging, unless recommended by the manufacturer.
• Avoid connecting too many devices simultaneously if the power bank is not designed for it.
• Keep the power bank out of reach of children – risk of swallowing small components (e.g., cable connectors) or suffering burns.
• Do not place the power bank on soft surfaces (e.g., a bed) during charging – this may obstruct heat dissipation.
• Store the power bank in a dry and cool place, away from heat sources and moisture.
• Do not use damaged cables or USB ports – they may cause sparking and failure.
• If the device is not used for a prolonged period, charge it at least once every few months to maintain battery performance.

Following the above rules reduces the risk of injury, equipment breakdown, and property damage. Ignoring them may lead to serious health and technical problems.Detailed information and additional warnings can be found in the user manual included with the product or in PDF format on the manufacturer/supplier website.
